To produce high-quality stand-up pouches, we must pay particular attention to the drilling, the bottom of the bag, and the bottom heat-sealing. In particular, the combination of four-layer and two-layer pouches is prone to break bags. For the installation of heat-sealing knives, heat sealing must be strengthened locally.
In addition, the self-supporting suction mouth bag requires a good opening performance, otherwise the suction cup is not easy to pull plastic mouthpieces. The friction coefficient of the self-supporting bag surface should be small. When the bag is made, the static electricity on the surface should be eliminated to prevent the bag from collapsing with the bag. This is not conducive to the plastic nozzle sealing machine picking up the bag.
The self-standing suction nozzle bag can be designed as a special-shaped suction nozzle bag, which is conducive to enhancing the attractiveness of the packaging. However, it must be noted in the design that the width of the top welding nozzle should generally be greater than 40 mm to ensure that the automatic welding nozzle machine has a high pull opening. At present, there are two types of welding nozzles in the country: one is hand-installed and the other is heat-sealing. This process transfers the temperature to the mouth by means of heat conduction so that the plastic mouthpiece melts and is welded together with the PE sealing layer of the standing pouch. Due to the large heat capacity of the plastic nozzle, the PE seal layer is overheated when the first heat seal nozzle is melted, and the PE layer is easily crushed; this process has a poor appearance due to the non-cold seal shaping treatment; a heat seal is difficult Guaranteed sealing strength; hand-filled mouth, does not meet food hygiene requirements, and poor consistency. Due to the shortcomings of a manual heat-sealing process, it is generally forbidden to use this process abroad.
Another process is the use of automatic mouth sealing process, automatic bag sealing machine automatically take the bag, automatically pull the mouth to install, 4 hot, cold sealing process, but also before the welding nozzle to the plastic nozzle Warm up. These process steps guarantee the intrinsic and appearance quality of the welding and also meet the hygiene standards. When using fully automatic mouth sealing machine, the sealing pressure should be controlled at 4 ~ 5kg/cm2, gradually increase the heat sealing pressure during the third heat sealing.
The automatic mouth sealing machine uses a vibrating plate to automatically queuing plastic nozzles into the welding line, which has a high requirement for the consistency of the shape of the plastic suction nozzle. Otherwise, the nozzle will be generated and the equipment will be shut down. Differences in the shape of the plastic nozzles also result in inadequate seal strength, leading to leakage.
Therefore, we must choose a good quality plastic nozzle, the shape error should be controlled within 0.1mm. The degree of agreement between the heat-sealing mold and the heat-sealing part of the plastic suction nozzle determines the welding strength of the hard-nose. When a certain kind of hard-nozzle is selected, the heat-sealing mold should be removed, and the heat-sealed part of the hardened mouth should be clamped by the mold to transmit light. Check and carefully grind the heat seal mold so that the heat seal site is completely in line.
When manufacturing obliquely-installed self-supporting spout pouches, besides paying attention to the above process requirements, the distance between the hard spout and the top edge of the bag must be kept at least 10mm in order to facilitate the filling from the top after the pouch design. The top edge is heat sealed so as not to damage the plastic mouth when heat sealing the top edge. In addition, reducing the angle of the incision and the side of the bag allows the mounting position of the hard mouth to move downwards, which is advantageous for increasing the distance between the hard mouth and the top edge of the bag.
In order to ensure the production quality of self-supporting spout pouches, flexible packaging manufacturers should have pressure testing equipment to measure the bag breaking pressure of self-supporting pouches at a sampling rate of 3 inches.
