Q1: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
-The size of your products (Width x Length x Thickness)
-The material and printing artwork or logo.
-The quantity.
-If possible, please advise bag pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples would be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

Q2: What are the printing /artwork requirements for custom packaging ?
– Adobe Illustrator (*.ai)
-Encapsulated Post Script (*.eps)
-Adobe Photoshop (*.psd)
-Editable PDF (*.pdf)
-Bleed size: 1-2mm.

All images should be embedded into the design file. Please be sure to communicate any clear areas of the packaging (e.g., windows). Recommended: In addition to sending us the editable file(s), please send either a flattened jpg or pdf, of your final design, as a soft proof. With the proof of your design, our designers are better equipped to compare your approved design with the editable file(s) sent, ensuring that all elements are present.

Q3. Can you send me some samples of your products?

-Yes, we are happy to send through samples. Simply advise us of your delivery address and the sizes and colours of pouches that are of interest.

Q4. Do you provide advice on what would be the correct packaging specification for my product?

-Yes, our sales team can advise what suitable materials would meet the requirements for your products.

Q5. Do you inspect the quality during and after production?
-Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC,and guarantee every details meet requirements accurately before shipping.

Q6. How long does it take for samples will be finished? And how about the mass production?
-Generally, 3-5 days for samples making.
-The lead time of mass production will depend on order quantity, production processes, etc.

Q 7.How long does it take for my orders to ship ?

One week by DHL UPS TNT etc. 20-30 days by sea. Depending on the volume of orders ,Orders for products that require custom cutting and printing, may take longer.
