When an order of stock products is placed it normally takes a period between 7 to 10 working days for delivery. Lead times for custom printed pouches will vary depending upon quantities ordered and preferred mode of shipping, however, you can expect a lead time of between 6-8 weeks.

We sell a minimum quantity of 1000 bags. One box contains 1000 pouches (sizes from 28 gram to 150 gram) or 500 pouches (sizes from 250 gram to 5 kg).
What is the minimum quantity for custom printed pouches?
The minimum order quantity for custom printed pouches is 10,000 to 15,000 units depending on the number of designs.
Can you send me some samples of your products?
Yes, we are happy to send through samples. Simply advise us of your delivery address and the sizes and colours of pouches that are of interest.
What are your payment terms?
Generally we will provide a delivery direct to your premises which will be free of taxes if ordered within the EU. Import taxes and other charges may be levied for delivery to non European countries.

Firstly have a word with our specialist sales team, who will discuss your requirements and offer the packaging best suited to your needs. If you have a design, you can send that to us and we will mock up a 3D representation of what your finished packaging will look like. If you are happy, we will go ahead and start manufacturing your package.
What kind of sealers should I use to seal my bags?
Your workflow rate will determine the type of heat sealer. If you are hand packing, a table top heat sealer is suitable. If you are using an automated packing process, a specialist heat sealer will be required. We can discuss your various options with you.
Can I specify my material specification?
